In fact, he likes to joke that he’s spent the last 25+ years working almost entirely on word of mouth, because when you build quality homes people trust, advertising isn’t something you really need.
Oscar is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right — not fast, not flashy, but built to last. His passion is creating homes and remodels that families are proud of, and his greatest success has always been the referrals that come from happy homeowners.
Meet Cassy - Sales and Designer
Cassy Salazar serves as the Sales Consultant, Designer, and Project Manager at Sucas Home Builders, helping guide clients from the first conversation all the way through the final walkthrough.
She graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Marketing, and joined Sucas Home Builders immediately after graduation — literally the very next day — stepping into the family business with excitement and dedication.
With over four years of experience in the building and remodeling industry, Cassy proudly considers this more than just a career — it’s a true passion. She enjoys working closely with homeowners on selections, design details, project planning, and communication to ensure each home reflects the client’s vision and feels personal from start to finish.
MEET LEONEL SALAZAR - PROJECT MANAGER
Leonel Salazar serves as the Project Manager at Sucas Home Builders, overseeing projects from the initial planning stages through completion to ensure every home and renovation is built with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Born and raised in Brazoria County, Leonel has a deep appreciation for the community he serves and takes pride in helping local families bring their construction goals to life.

Suzette Aquines serves as the Office Manager and Accounts Payable Coordinator at Sucas Home Builders, playing a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Since joining the family business in 2016, she has helped establish the organizational systems and financial processes that keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Suzette oversees accounts payable, vendor relationships, invoicing, and administrative operations.
